The Reclaim & Restore Retreat is a 3-day, 2-night immersive wellness experience designed by Be Free Holistic Wellness & Overflow Wellness to provide a sacred container for women to reconnect with Divine Feminine, commune in nature, and engage in luxurious rest with a like-minded community. Through a balance of nourishing movement, mindfulness, restorative adventure, and deep rest, this retreat offers a space for healing, clarity, and renewal.
This retreat is designed for womxn ready to step away from the noise of daily life to reconnect with themselves in a peaceful, supportive environment.
The R&R Retreat will offer curated wellness activities to replenish and renew you from the inside out by embarking with you on a journey through the seven types of rest.
A gentle flow and guided meditation to welcome the day, awaken the senses, and set intentions for the day ahead.

The retreat will be held at the lodge of Montgomery Bell State Park located in Burns, TN, forty minutes from downtown Nashville.
A shared room with two queen beds is selling at $555.
A private room with one king bed is selling at $777.
